Join us for the 20th year of the London Legal Walk!
The Solicitors’ Charity will be making an appearance at the London Legal Walk again this year on Tuesday 18th June! With more wellbeing support available to solicitors than ever before, The Solicitors’ Charity are looking forward to sharing the news with solicitors at the walk.
We’re looking for solicitors to unite and join us in walking, running, or jogging the 10K distance for London Legal Support Trust. As a congratulations for completing the walk, we’ll have a freshly made smoothie waiting for you at our stand!
The London Legal Support Trust walks have been going on for 20 years now and has made a huge difference in the world of lawyers. The Trust has been able to support over 100 organisations, including free legal advice charities each year, to provide more free and pro bono specialist legal advice.
In the usual style, we will celebrate all the achievements in the post-walk street party, mixed with street food vendors, a complimentary drink, and entertainment until 10pm. All the information about the agenda for the London Legal Walk can be found here.
If you’re already teamed up in a group, make sure to stop by The Solicitors’ Charity stand to say hello to the team and see our smoothie bikes.
Nick Gallagher, CEO of The Solicitors’ Charity shared: “We’re so pleased to be sponsoring The London Legal Walk on its 20th year of walking for justice. We’re looking forward to seeing some new faces and letting them know about the extended support available to solicitors in times of need and beyond.
It’s an event that’s close to our hearts and worth supporting. All the profits go towards over 100 legal organisations in London and the South East, which makes sure that they can continue their work.
At The Solicitors’ Charity, we’re so proud to be there for solicitors in England and Wales and help them back onto their feet. It’s important for solicitors to be aware of the support they can get – it’s one of the reasons we’ll be attending the Legal Walk again this year.”
